"Learn how Canada is taking action to eliminate cervical cancer by 2040 through HPV immunization and screening, as well as improved follow-up. It is within our collective power to eliminate cervical cancer. This action plan shows how partners will put that power to use and advance the 2019–2029 Canadian Strategy for Cancer Control. This action plan, and the Strategy it advances, are tools for bringing greater equity and accessibility to cancer prevention, screening, treatment and care. Both have been shaped directly by those whose needs must be better met, and together they will help to reduce the incidence of cancer in Canada while increasing rates of survivorship." - Action Plan for the elimination of cervical cancer in Canada
